Digital Skills for Women+ is a learning program created by women who have experienced firsthand the barriers for women+ in tech. This free cohort is designed to help women+ without experience in the industry learn more about industry-related topics, the ecosystem, and career opportunities. Its purpose is to help participants build confidence, learn industry language, and ultimately leave them better positioned to explore and enter a career in tech.
Each cohort consists of six, three-hour virtual sessions that take place over the course of 12 weeks. The content for each cohort will be slightly different based on the cohort members and their application feedback, however, topics that may be covered include digital marketing strategy, analytics, SEO, databases, digital advertising, email marketing, cybersecurity, programming, and more.
