The program unites local solutions with global potential and creates a collaborative environment for emerging change agents to unleash their full transformative potential. It will take place online from March to December 2026 and includes an in-person Global Solvers Co-Lab in Accra (Ghana) from 19 to 26 July 2026 (tentative dates)—fully funded for actively engaged participants. Only 20 social impact leaders will be chosen from hundreds of applicants worldwide.
The participants will engage in purposefully designed module topics and project assignments to develop their leadership capacity and amplify their social impact projects. They will engage in eight interconnected monthly modules that explore themes such as collective leadership, strategic visibility, systems thinking, and decolonial innovation. Each module follows a structured flow—beginning with thematic framing and resource sharing, followed by team meet-ups, project work, peer exchange, and consolidation.
The program seeks participants who bring an open, curious, and reflective mindset, specifically individuals who are eager to learn, share insights from their work, and embrace diverse perspectives. They are required to invest approximately four hours per week throughout the eight-month program.
The applicants who want to apply for the scholarship (covering up to 80% of the $800 program fee) must request it during the application by submitting a personal statement outlining the need for support and an endorsement letter from a trustworthy reference.
