The Youth Leaders Programme (YLP) is the world’s first international virtual leadership development course with unlimited scholarships brought to you by the World Youth Leaders Organisation. Through this course, you will learn leadership skills and how to apply them effectively.
In addition to growing your professional network, you will make lifelong friends from a wide range of nationalities while participating in enjoyable virtual activities, workshops, games, and talks. Additionally, stand a chance to meet world-class speakers firsthand. Their holistic selection process is aimed at ensuring that the cohort is diverse and each participant has something unique to add to the experience.
Beginning in March 2023, the World Youth Leaders Organisation has collaborated with other organizations globally for a more diverse YLP experience. They would like to appreciate their valued partners who have helped them in their mission to train youths across the world through the Youth Leaders Programme.

The Youth Leaders Programme (YLP) is run by a passionate volunteer team of young leaders. The World Youth Leaders Organisation is unceasingly committed to ensuring equal and fair access to quality education. The YLP Scholarship is a need-based full scholarship aimed at helping youths from underprivileged backgrounds to participate in the Youth Leaders Programme without having to worry about financing this great opportunity. Applying for a YLP Scholarship will not put you at a disadvantage in being accepted into the program. However, you must demonstrate a genuine need for it. The YLP Scholarship application is embedded within the main YLP Application Form.

- This is a non-profit program so there is a minimal course fee.
