This fellowship will provide participants with hands-on experience in exploring and mastering Palantir’s advanced Artificial Intelligence Platform (AIP), culminating in a recognized professional certification that validates their expertise. Outstanding individuals in the program will also be granted the invaluable opportunity to interview for roles at Palantir or with their esteemed partner companies, utilizing their newly acquired skills to contribute to the reindustrialization and revitalization of America actively.

The fellowship entails an immersive, comprehensive virtual training program in collaboration with Ontologize, aimed at enhancing participants’ technical capabilities on Foundry and AIP. Throughout this program, fellows will gain expertise in implementing Palantir’s state-of-the-art software to tackle complex challenges faced by enterprises. Participants will have the chance to engage directly with Palantir engineers and leadership, providing a unique opportunity for mentorship and networking. The program is set to run for a duration of 90 days, commencing on September 15, 2025. Participants are expected to attend live virtual training sessions held on two weeknights each week and should anticipate dedicating approximately 5 to 10 hours per week to both instructional content and project-based work throughout the duration of the fellowship.

Exceptional performers will not only have the chance to interview for full-time employment with Palantir and its partner organizations but will also have the exclusive opportunity to participate in an in-person Palantir Hackathon, further enhancing their practical skills and showcasing their abilities in a collaborative environment. It’s important to note that this fellowship provides invaluable training and experience, but it is an unpaid opportunity.

In select cases, based on specific business needs, there are roles that permit remote work on an exceptional basis, provided that employees reside in the state where they are employed.
