The Henry Arnhold Fellowship, organized by the Mulago Foundation, is a prestigious program that supports a select group of 8–10 entrepreneurial leaders each year who are working on high-impact, scalable solutions in the fields of climate change and conservation. The fellowship is designed to help these leaders refine their ideas, strengthen their strategies, and scale their impact through a combination of funding, mentorship, and collaboration.
At the heart of the program is a strong focus on design and strategy. The fellowship begins and concludes with intensive, week-long workshops that allow fellows to step away from their daily responsibilities and focus on designing more effective solutions and strategies for large-scale impact. These sessions provide a structured, practical framework for innovation and growth.
