Call for The In Her Name scholarship 2026 for women in Australia is open now!!!

The In Her Name Scholarship is a national program backing women from migrant and multicultural backgrounds who are building careers, businesses, and creative futures. In 2026, five scholars are awarded $10,000, alongside mentorship, networks, and national visibility to accelerate their growth.

Delivered by the Australian Multicultural Foundation in partnership with the Carla Zampatti Foundation, the scholarship invests in leadership across fashion, creative industries, business, and health. It exists because talent exists everywhere — but access does not.

This is more than funding. It is recognition, investment, and long-term support. Each scholar becomes part of In Her Name, a growing network of women shaping industries, communities, and culture across Australia. This is a scholarship designed to move women forward. This scholarship backs women who are building something of their own.

If applicant is a migrant or refugee woman who has experienced migration or settlement in Australia, and identify with a community that is recently established or facing settlement barriers, he is encouraged to apply. Applicant can apply whether he is starting something new or growing something that already exists. The scholarship supports women at different stages of their journey.
