The Thrive Fellowship will provide a select group of college students with a 10-week paid internship, a stipend to offset education costs, and deep involvement in the activities of the firm. Over the course of the summer, Thrive Fellows will apprentice with a specific team at Thrive and participate in curated Fellow events. This is a full-time position for the summer, based in-person at our New York office. Fellows will get $40,000 grant to help offset junior year education costs. It is a paid internship, annualized at $100,000 salary, from June to August, 2026.

They invest in internet, software, and technology-focused companies. The firm supports both early-stage startups and growing businesses, often concentrating on a small number of investments. It has backed companies in sectors such as artificial intelligence, financial technology, and healthcare. Thrive Capital is involved in long-term partnerships and works closely with company founders during the growth process.

- Current college freshman, sophomore, or junior with US work authorization.
