Youth Will LEAD (Leadership, Empowerment, Advocacy, & Development) Fellowship believes young people deserve the freedom to pursue careers that bring them joy and fulfillment—not just those deemed valuable by society or family. The “traditional” path is no longer a guaranteed win. Instead, it often leaves young people with mismatched jobs and overwhelming debt.

Fellowship Overview:
- Empower Youth with Knowledge & Skills: They will equip fellows with political analysis, historical context, and research and advocacy skills to challenge outdated education and workforce models.
- Prioritize Mental Health & Wellbeing: Fellows will advocate for career pathways that prioritize youth mental health and reduce the pressure to conform to traditional, debt-heavy career routes.
- Real Impact: Engage fellows in survey development and policy advocacy, allowing them to directly influence narratives around education, workforce, and youth well-being.

The fellowship will run for six weeks over the summer.
All sessions will be in person at 10 AM – 2:30 PM
Session dates: June 13th, June 20th, June 27th, July 11th, July 18th, and July 25th

Eligibilities

Must be 18-25 years old at the time of the fellowship
