The Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program connects extraordinary women entrepreneurs with the essential tools to scale, lead and shape the economy. Most importantly, Fellows engage with decision-makers and founders who are committed to growing together and building with intention. This program is a transformative initiative that empowers women entrepreneurs to take their businesses to the next level. Established by Tory Burch, a globally recognized designer and philanthropist, the foundation is dedicated to advancing women’s empowerment and entrepreneurship by providing access to capital, education, and community. Since its inception, the foundation has helped thousands of women turn their business ideas into sustainable ventures through mentorship, resources, and visibility.

The Program consists of a one-year fellowship that includes access to workshops, webinars, consulting sessions, advisory sessions, mentoring activities, networking events, and/or other program activities and events as made available by the Foundation from time to time. Programming opportunities may continue for Fellows after the
one-year Fellowship, from time to time as made available by the Foundation.

Each year, the Fellows Program selects up to 50 exceptional women entrepreneurs from across the United States to join a yearlong journey of growth and collaboration. Fellows receive a $5,000 business education grant, access to exclusive workshops, and the opportunity to attend the Tory Burch Foundation Summit in New York City. The program offers immersive learning experiences led by industry experts, enabling participants to strengthen their leadership skills, refine their business strategies, and expand their professional networks.
Beyond financial support, the program emphasizes community—connecting Fellows with a powerful network of peers, advisors, and investors who share a commitment to creating positive impact through business. This collaborative ecosystem helps women overcome barriers in entrepreneurship, such as limited access to funding and mentorship. Through the Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program, participants gain more than resources; they gain confidence, strategic insight, and the backing of a foundation devoted to their success. Eligibilities
The Program is open only to women entrepreneurs who meet the following criteria:
- Must own the largest or equally largest stake in a Qualifying Business
- Must have a significant role, personally, in managing the Qualifying Business on a day-to-day basis
- Must be 21 years or older as of the Application due date, November 11, 2025
- Must be proficient in English
- Must be a legal resident of the United States
- Must not be an employee of the Foundation, Tory Burch LLC or any of its affiliate entities, or any of their respective vendors, nor is an immediate family member (spouse, parent, sibling, child, or spouse of same) or household member of any of the foregoing.
Application Process
- To apply for the Tory Burch Foundation Fellows Program 2026, interested candidates must complete an online application through the official Tory Burch Foundation website.
- Applicants are required to provide detailed information about their business, leadership experience, and growth goals. The application may include short essay responses and supporting documents that highlight the business’s vision and impact.
- After the initial review, selected applicants may be invited for further evaluation or interviews. Final selections will be made based on the applicant’s entrepreneurial potential, business sustainability, and commitment to empowering women through leadership.
