The European education market is uniquely diverse, consisting of various languages, pedagogical traditions, and procurement cycles. This fellowship addresses these challenges by fostering a collaborative environment where founders can gain “system mastery.” It provides a platform to understand how to scale innovations across borders while navigating different regulatory landscapes and digital sovereignty requirements.

Unlike traditional accelerators, this program focuses deeply on strategic growth and leadership. It brings together high-potential entrepreneurs who have already shown market traction and are ready to expand their impact. Through a series of curated sessions, participants engage with industry veterans, policymakers, and fellow innovators to share insights and build sustainable scaling strategies.

The fellowship is built on the belief that digital education must be evidence-based and inclusive. By integrating founders into the extensive European EdTech Alliance network, the program provides unprecedented access to the broader ecosystem, including investors and institutional partners. This collaborative approach helps ensure that European startups can compete globally while remaining rooted in the high standards of European data privacy and educational excellence.

Most startup program teach founders how to build companies. The European EdTech Fellowship teaches innovators how to navigate education systems — the procurement cycles, the trust frameworks, the regulatory landscape, and the deeply localized dynamics. Building on the success of the Female EdTech Fellowship, this program expands the lens: cross-sector, cross-gender, cross-border.
