This fully virtual program offers high-level professional development courses, mentorship from graduate students in top global universities, coaching from senior-level executives with international experience, and life skills designed to prepare young women for the future of work.

Furthermore, The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) is an official partner for the BMGA Fellows Program and previous cohorts of the program have been supported by the African Leadership College, Giants of Africa, UN Women, African Society of Cambridge University (ASCU), University of Pretoria, University of Lagos, Oxford Africa Society, University of Ibadan, EI Skills Group, Story work International, Gallup, Imperial College Business School, University College London, Sterling Bank, Women at Risk International Foundation (WARIF), and Femme Minty, just to name a few.

Once selected, participants go through an intensive six-month learning experience that utilizes modern technological tools and resources to aid transformational learning. The program consists of modules led by industry experts, professors, and thought leaders from top institutions across the world. With the use of live classes, group discussions, and other learning tools, participants will gain new insights into the skills required for the dynamic business environment.
