- Foundations of Kingdom Leadership: Identity in Christ, servant leadership, ethics, vision building.
- Immersion & Mentorship: Mentoring, peer-learning, cross-sector exposure.
- Impact Project Development: Fellows implement Kingdom-driven initiatives.
- Commissioning & Alumni Network: Retreat, project presentations, alumni induction.

Eligibilities
The Agora Fellowship welcomes emerging and established leaders who are passionate about driving Kingdom-centered impact in their spheres of influence.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Age: Applicants must be between 22 and 40 years old.
- Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of professional experience in any relevant field or sector.
- Professional Capacity: Candidates should demonstrate a track record of career growth, leadership potential, and meaningful professional contribution within their industries or communities.
- Faith Alignment: Must be a Christian with a desire to lead with a Christ-centered worldview.
