IYLTC – International Youth Leaders’ Tourism Camp, initiated by the Colombo Conferences in conjunction with Colombo University Sri Lanka aims to contribute to the escalating tourism industry in the country through a gathering of creative and established youth across the globe to become ambassadors for the future of tourism.

Eligibilities
- Age below 30 years
- Students / Employees of Tourism industry and related fields are given priority
- Citizens who make a direct or indirect positive experience or contribution to the tourism industry in their country as entrepreneurs or front line service personnel are given priority
- Any youth below age 30 interested in general travel and tourism and love new experiences
