Let’s believe that every person has the potential for leadership!
The Wyse International Leadership Programme is an opportunity for young citizens who are interested in building their own leadership skills and collectively finding creative and inclusive solutions to local and global challenges.
The International Leadership Programme is a 12-day intensive training, where participants from many different cultures, religions, and socio-economic backgrounds come together to form an international learning community.
The program provides an opportunity to experiment with new models, creating a holistic view of the world we live in that is underpinned by the need for shared values and an awareness of our ultimate interconnection. Programs are run for 18 – 35 year olds who are able to participate fully in an English-language Programme.
WYSE International is a non-profit organization affiliated with the United Nations and specializes in human values education and youth leadership. Celebrating more than 30 years, it has already brought together more than 900 young people from 115 countries.
The next edition is happening in Brazil, 3-14 January 2024. Applications are open and bursaries are available. Apply today!
“The Programme helped me to collect missing parts of my personality, gaining a deep sense of self-awareness and strength to follow my authentic dreams.” – WYSE Alum
The program is delivered by their international team of highly experienced leadership development and education professionals. They provide their services on a pro-bono basis, meaning WYSE can offer full-tuition scholarships to all selected participants. Along with the coaching which is offered after the program, this in-kind donation of services from the staff team has been valued at over £7500 per participant.
The final cost to participants is £990 to cover food, accommodation, and administration. As part of their efforts to include as many young leaders as possible from diverse backgrounds, WYSE provides a bursary scheme for those in most need to support the costs of their program fees. The bursary scheme is highly competitive and only covers a proportion of the £990 program fee (normally ranging between 20% and 45% of the program fee)
