HPAIR Asia Conference is the largest annual student-led conference in Asia. After a 15-year absence from Australia, the HPAIR Asia Conference will be co-hosted by Harvard University and the University of Sydney from 17 th -21 st August 2017.

The 2017 Asia Conference in Sydney, Australia will be HPAIR’s largest conference to date. Centred in the beautiful waterfront precinct of Darling Harbour, the conference will be held at the brand new International Convention Center – close to shops, eateries, nightlife and providing the perfect base to explore the city.

Eligibilities

Prospective and current undergraduate and graduate students are eligibly to apply to the HPAIR conferences. Recent college graduates who obtained an undergraduate or a graduate degree in the the past 5 years are also eligible to apply to HPAIR conferences.

Eligible Regions: This opportunity is open to all regions.

Application Process

In order to attend HPAIR conferences, delegates must successfully complete the following steps:

  • You must first fill out and submit an application before the appropriate deadlines.
  • If accepted, you must then fill out the online registration form and pay the conference fee. You can register online only after receiving notification of your acceptance. You must register by the registration deadlines listed under the “Registration” section of this FAQ.
  • Closer to the date of the conference, you are expected to fill out a pre-arrival survey.
