What does the energy consulting business model of tomorrow look like?
SEAS-NVE is a large energy provider in Denmark. Besides providing electricity, they also offer energy consulting as a service to help enterprises of different sizes reduce their energy consumption and costs. This business is currently operated by trained consultants, who visit the companies on the ground. However, there are a lot of open questions about how digitalization will affect the future business model for energy consulting and what effect this will have on SEAS-NVE and on its customers. Who will pay for it – and how? How should the service be delivered? What services should be offered?
You are invited to completely disrupt SEAS-NVEs business model and look into the future of the energy consulting business!

Furthermore, the project team will select an MVP (Most Valuable Participant) who has provided extraordinary value to the community through ideas or feedback. The MVP will be awarded with 500 €.
