Selangor Information Technology & Digital Economy Corporation (Sidec) is under the purview of the Standing Committee of Trade and Investment of Selangor. It has also nurtured 90 startups from the three cohorts of the Selangor Accelerator Programme (SAP) and organised 3 Pitch@Selangor sessions, as well as making industrial visits to Beijing, Hangzhou, Jakarta and Silicon Valley.

Since 2018, the Selangor Accelerator Programme (SAP) has nurtured 120 startups through four cohorts with a record of 41 SAP alumni who have managed to successfully raise funds.
The SAP benefits tech startups through excellent guidance from well-versed mentors of relevant industries through comprehensive workshops, leading them to become investment-ready.
The Selangor Accelerator Programme (SAP) is a structured 3-month programme that aims to assist startups in the early stage, defined as startups that have not gone for Series A funding. The SAP wishes to help these budding startups in polishing not only their product and business, but their core team as well, through workshops and mentors that will share knowledge, experience, and advice that will help the teams with their soft skills and pitching styles as well. The SAP also acts as a gateway for startups to prepare themselves for the final demo day. During the final demo day, the Top 5 will stand a chance to win from a cash prize pool of RM50,000. All tech startups are most welcome to apply, which include startups based on New or Emerging Technologies, such as Artificial Intelligence, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, Big Data & Machine Learning and the Internet of Things (IoT) devices and solutions, as well as on Smart City and e-Commerce technologies. However, Agritech, Greentech, Smart City, Fintech & Healthtech startups will be given more consideration during the application process.

Eligibilities
- Early-stage Malaysian tech startup (pre-seed/seed).
- Registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM).
- Able to field an MVP or a beta version of their product or services.
- Able to commit throughout the 3-month program.
Application Process
- Submissions can be sent anytime from the 10th of May to the 13th of June. As long as you have met all the requirements, why not apply? Aspiring applicants have until 6.00pm of the 13th of June to register.
- Applicants have to prepare a PDF copy of your startup’s Form 9 (Certificate of Incorporation) or Form D (Certificate of Registration of Business) and include a 5-page pitch deck in PDF format.
