Call for Hult Prize 2026 Impact Fellowship is open now!!!
At Hult Prize, they back early-career talent the same way they back founders. They run the world’s largest impact startup competition (200,000+ annual participants, 15,000+ startups, 2,000+ campuses, 130+ countries), and this fellowship places you inside that engine, shaping the entrepreneurs who will define the next decade of impact.
This year, they’re selecting up to five people at the earliest stages of their careers to spend eight months with us learning the craft of impact venture, program design, ecosystem building, and impact measurement, while building a global startup network and seeing firsthand how impact companies are built.
Get the Youth Opportunities iOS App here for the fully-funded opportunities.
At the end of the fellowship, they back you to take your next step by actively supporting you to move into roles as an investor, startup operator, founder, or impact and sustainability professional.
People who have worked with Hult Prize in similar roles have already gone on to impressive paths: Gonzalo Martínez-Schacht is now a VC and accelerator manager in LATAM, Andrew Lao is a VC analyst, Zain Samdani is a startup founder, and Kamolwan “Gift” Sahakitpinyo is a researcher and guest lecturer.
*Note: Fellows must be fully available for the program and cannot hold any other Hult Prize role during the 2025–2026 cycle. This includes roles such as startup participant, Campus Director, National Coordinator, etc.

Fellows will be allocated to one of four specialized tracks, where they go deeper and own clearer pieces of the work.
1. Due Diligence & Venture Analysis
- You will dive into financial modeling, market research, and startup assessment.
- You will help evaluate traction, risk, and investment readiness while preparing reports and briefs for the investment team.
Ideal for candidates interested in venture capital, consulting, or financial analysis.
2. Curriculum & Learning Design
- You will support the design of learning experiences for Hult Prize founders.
- You will map curriculum milestones, assist with content organization, personalize learning to startups’ needs for our venture programs (Incubator and Accelerator), and collect feedback to improve sessions.
Best suited for those with an interest in entrepreneurship education and program design.
3. Alumni & Community Relations
- You will help strengthen the relationship between Hult Prize and its global alumni network.
- You will build connections and community, working across departments to activate and expand the Hult Prize alumni ecosystem.
Ideal for those who love networking, relationship building, community strategy, and event design.
4. Impact Measurement & Sustainability
- You will track and evaluate the social and environmental impact ****of the Hult Prize ecosystem, past and present.
- You will measure the outcomes of startups, alumni, and even internal operations, developing dashboards and reports that tell the full story of the Hult Prize’s global impact.
Ideal for those passionate about ESG, sustainability, and evidence-based impact analysis.
Applications from early-career talent and recent graduates who:
- Are fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Care deeply about startups, social innovation, and impact investing.
- Have some exposure to startups, VC, finance, consulting, research, community building, or program ops through work, projects, or student leadership.
- Are comfortable working remotely across time zones, in fast-changing, multicultural teams.
- Can commit 20–30 hours per week from February to September, with intensity peaks in April and late August.
- Are available to join us in London between August 2026 and September 5, 2026.
- Are hungry to learn by doing, and ready to work directly with founders rather than just study them.
In line with their commitment to global inclusion and their mission to diversify the impact ecosystem, they strongly encourage candidates from underrepresented and overlooked communities, particularly from Latin America, MENA, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Central & South Asia, to apply.
Who this is not for:
- You’re looking for a job, not a fellowship: This is an educational, upskilling program with a stipend, not a full-time salaried role or a long-term contract.
- You need a fixed 9–5 schedule: We work across multiple time zones, around founder availability, and at the pace of a global competition. Some weeks are intense; others are lighter. It won’t be uniform.
- You prefer theory to practice: If you’d rather take courses and collect certificates than sit with messy founder problems, incomplete data, and real decisions, this won’t feel right.
- You want constant direction and hand-holding: Fellows are expected to own projects, spot gaps, and move fast with limited supervision.
- You shy away from hard conversations: You’ll sometimes need to challenge assumptions, say no, and ask direct questions to founders and teammates. If that feels out of reach, this isn’t your program.
- To ensure fairness and avoid conflicts of interest, fellows must not hold any other position at the Hult Prize 2025–2026 cycle (e.g., startup team member, Campus Director, National/Coordinator, etc).
Benefits
- 10+ masterclasses and workshops built around real investment, impact, and founder work.
- 200+ hours of hands-on training in startup evaluation, founder interviews, due diligence, and program ops.
- 1:1 mentorship from Hult Prize operators and industry leaders, on both the work and your career path.
- A paid fellowship with an estimated $475/month stipend*, distributed in three installments tied to each phase of the program.
- A fully funded trip to the Global Accelerator in London: flights, visas, housing, and meals covered for up to a month (worth up to $10,000).**
- Global exposure across 130+ countries, working with founders, mentors, and partners in a truly international ecosystem.
- A clear next step: either a full scholarship for a Master’s at Hult International Business School (upon successful completion) or warm introductions and support into roles in VC, startups, impact, or ecosystem building.***
*Stipend amount is an estimate and may vary slightly based on location and local currency.
**Exact length of stay is confirmed in April and varies by performance, track, and program scheduling.
***Support means targeted introductions, referrals, and guidance, not a guaranteed job placement.
