Accepting entries for The Drawing of the Year Awards 2024!

The Drawing of the Year Awards were established in order to honour superior visual expression in the fields of architecture, design, and the built environment. The highest honour for visual representations in architecture, design, and the built environment is now the Drawing of the Year Awards. The aspirational Awards, which honour excellence in drawing and image creation and celebrate imagery and creations across all genres, typologies, and digital and physical mediums, will celebrate its fifth year in 2024. With a prize pool of over £100,000 for 2024, the Drawing of the Year Awards have grown to be one of the biggest and most accessible of their type.

Since beginning in 2019, the Drawing of the Year Awards have become the ultimate accolade in visual representations spanning across architecture, design and the built environment. The widely recognised Awards have become one of the largest and most accessible visual award series of its kind showcasing the most accomplished works from around the world by professionals and students.

Each year the Awards have recognised a great array of inspirational drawing types, styles, functions from seemingly simple sketches packed with detail to the highest resolution visualisations representing undiscovered worlds – the judges have seen it all and yet continue to be inspired each year by the talent and creativity submitted in these awards.

The trophies for the Drawing of the Year Awards 2024 were designed in collaboration by Archisource and Nature Squared using Dark Pen & Eggshell. Trophies will be awarded to the winners of each award category. Physical commendations will also be awarded to selected standout works. The 2024 trophies will be revealed in February 2024.
