Million Peacemakers is an international organization which promotes peace culture around the world though a methodology called ‘Nonflict’. The ‘Nonflict’ way is meant to be a useful tool that allows everyone to engage confidently with conflict and approach it from a constructive approach. It is a simple three steps method that results in the avoidance of the destructive side of confrontation. In addition, this method promotes collaboration, interpersonal communication, and active listening. Million Peacemakers has just launched its Youth Initiative, which will be led by two young leaders Théadora Sauvé (Canada) and Gianluca Piran (Argentina). The Youth Initiative will promote the Nonflict way among youth and their communities. The Youth Initiative hopes to adapt it to the needs of the Youth.
