Eligibilities
- Citizens (or those who hold refugee status) in a Commonwealth country
- Application for a QECS award must be in a low and middle income country other than their home country/country of citizenship.
- No upper age limit
- Must have obtained his/her undergraduate degree
- Masters course should not be longer than two years
Application Process
- First, register an account and review the universities and their available courses.
- Then, log in to the account and prepare the answer of the questions provided in the online form.
- After preparing the answers, kindly complete the online form.
- Submit a university application at the same time as scholarship application, unless stated otherwise.
