Job Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Develop and implement comprehensive investigative strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices to continually enhance investigative capabilities
• Oversee the investigation of complex cases, ensuring thoroughness, accuracy, and adherence to legal and ethical standards
• Collaborate with other departments, law enforcement agencies, and external partners to share information and intelligence
• Ensure that all investigations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
• Develop and implement strategies to mitigate and manage investigative risks
• Develop training programs for investigators to enhance their skills and knowledge
