Job Responsibilities:
- Provide L-1 and L-2 after sales services for B2B Mobility, IoT Solutions and Cloud MSP products.
- Ensure 100% critical service execution and collaborate with internal and external teams to resolve issues.
- Implement a Complaint Management Channel using the internal ticketing system.
- Maintain SLA for defined process and distribute complaints/troubleshooting tasks.
- Support CI/CD processes and perform process simplification workshops.
- Ensure B2B Process and governance compliance.
- Prioritization of activities based on revenue impact.
- Manage 3rd party operations.
- Arrange training & development to enhance efficiency of partner services.

Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
