Job Responsibilities:
- To achieve set targets in terms of number of accounts & sales volume for Employee Banking.
- To increase the customer base.
- To capitalize on cross-sell opportunities.
- To help and organize sales and service campaign
- To communicate with clients and potential clients for sales opportunities
- To ensure cost minimization/ control environment.
- To sell respective products & achieve set targets.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience and Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong selling skills with the ability to convince customers and promote bank products.
- Demonstrated creativity in addressing customer needs using existing products.
- Initiative and drive to meet sales targets and maintain service standards.
- Effective organizational skills for managing campaigns, promotions, mail shots, seminars, etc.
3. Compliance:
- High level of adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures.
