Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic guidance in gathering, validating, and documenting business requirements.
- Lead in modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
- Guide the identification of issues, risks, and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts.
- Create functional specifications for solutions.
- Estimate costs and identify business savings.
- Simplify information and deciphering technical jargon so it is easily understood to the whole team.
- Supervise the implementation and testing of solutions.
- Guide in business transition and helping to establish change.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Master’s degree.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in any discipline.
- No prior work experience is required for candidates with a Master’s degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).
- Experienced in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to understand business needs.
- Experience in business process modeling and optimization.
- Experience in performing cost-benefit analysis.
- Experience in preparing functional documentation.
- Experience working with stakeholders to identify business needs.
