BAT is looking for Auditor GOC-KLD 2025 in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Review farmer contracts and records.
  • Track training participation and categorize farmers.
  • Perform random checks on input usage.
  • Ensure crops are bought only from registered farmers.
  • Spot-check reports on farming activities.
  • Review exceptions and support investigations on losses or debts.
  • Monitor daily and regional purchase plans.
  • Ensure buyer-farmer separation for transparency.
  • Visit buying centers to verify processes and staffing.
  • Check scale calibration and sample testing (moisture, foreign matter).
  • Review rejected crop logs and shipment reconciliations.
  • Verify support fund usage and farmer eligibility.
  • Support physical stock counts.
  • Follow financial and operational control checklists.
  • Inspect farms for safety, gear, and first aid.
  • Follow up on environmental and community risks.
  • Validate training, pesticide logs, wood usage, and item distribution.
  • Ensure strong farmer-field officer engagement.
  • Ensure adherence to global standards (safety, hygiene, environment).
  • Report non-compliance from field or document reviews.
  • Verify contract closures and access controls.
  • Manage diverse tasks across regions.
  • Handle large data and documents accurately.
  • Balance office work with frequent field visits.
  • Coordinate across teams and document findings clearly.

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration (BBA), or any relevant field
  • Internship or university project experience in audit, compliance, supply chain, or finance is a plus but not mandatory
  • Strong attention to detail and good analytical ability
  • Organized and able to manage tasks independently
  • Proficient in basic tools like Excel, Word, and Google Forms
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and ask questions
  • Able to clearly document and communicate findings
  • High integrity and objectivity
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
