Sheba Platform Limited is hiring Intern, Business Development 2023 in Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in researching target markets, identifying potential clients, and gathering insights to refine our business strategies.
  • Help identify and initiate contact with potential clients, understanding their needs and introducing our sManager solutions.
  • Work closely with the business development team to develop and implement strategies for client engagement and relationship building.
  • Engage in effective communication with team members to coordinate activities.

This sophisticated marketplace has enabled them to become entrepreneurs from having blue collar jobs and improved their livelihoods significantly. sManager was launched in December 2019 as a one app mobile ERP solution for SMEs that helps to manage and improve their working capital. It’s an agent of growth which simultaneously brings the underserved micro entrepreneurs towards digital and financial inclusion. Bondu is a mobile app which provides features of Reselling, Referral and TopUp enabling micro entrepreneurs to earn extra income. It enhances the entire value chain with a new channel and brings efficiency and convenience starting all the way from manufacturer to the end consumers.




  • Salary: Negotiable (Depends on skills & experience)
  • Subsidized lunch: Lunch is provided through catering services and is fully subsidized for our interns
  • Laundry Service: We understand how busy our employees are with their work therefore to make things easier for them we offer our in-house ironing service for only BDT 2
  • Travel Expense: Employees would be able to claim travel expenses and food expenses when they have to spend for any business purpose
  • Mobile Allowance: Employees are provided with a company-owned postpaid SIM card through which they can avail of the services offered by the SIM card company
  • Weekly 05 working day


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from any reputed university majoring in Marketing or a related field. However, students in the last semester of their Bachelor’s can apply as well as those who are left with an Internship.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
