NEXT Ventures is looking for Senior Executive – Finance & Accounts 2025 in Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead daily reconciliations of financial accounts and promptly resolve discrepancies
- Oversee Financial Risk Management (FRM) processes and ensure policy compliance
- Maintain general ledger integrity and ensure accurate accounting entries
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal use
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and cost-saving opportunities
- Develop and track key financial KPIs to evaluate business performance
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations
- Monitor evolving financial regulations and update internal processes as needed
- Coordinate with external and internal stakeholders during audits
- Recommend improvements to financial systems and reporting tools
- Lead month-end and year-end closing activities across departments
- Mentor junior team members and promote operational excellence

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics from a reputable institution.
- CA CC qualification preferred, or strong experience in financial reporting and compliance.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience, including leadership or supervisory responsibilities.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, and financial systems.
- Knowledge of Google Suite and MS Office tools.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Team-oriented with a hands-on, solutions-focused mindset.
