Job Responsibilities:
- Generate reports from multiple DBs
- Providing technical expertise in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansing
- Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
- Troubleshooting
- Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
- Managing and designing the reporting environment, including data sources and security
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions
- Performing requirements analysis
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
- Updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures
- Cohort Analysis
- Key metric tracking and follow-up
- A/B testing & Hypothesis testing

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline would be a plus (Statistics, Data Science, CSE etc.)
- 6 months to 1 year of working experience

Strong knowledge of statistics (e.g., A/B testing, hypothesis testing, time series forecasting, etc.)

Proficiency in BI data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Google Data Studio)

Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Cassandra is a plus.

Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (e.g. Google Sheets or Excel)

Proficiency with Python or R for data analytics (e.g. pandas, matplotlib, dplyr)

Excellent stakeholder management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to tell stories with data, and deliver data-driven insights to different types of audiences.
