MK Consulting is hiring Freelance Technical Writer 2022 in Bangladesh.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate, engage, organize and prepare technical RFP/RFQ responses.
- Document technical design specifications (SRS), System Design Documents, Database Design Documents, Testing documents, etc.
- Create, manage and maintain project documents.
- Preparation of technical guides, Standard Operating Procedure(SOP), User Acceptance Testing(UAT) documents, etc.
- Understand the format of International Organizations and their tender methods.
- Create a Solution Architecture Diagram, UML Diagram, Database Diagram, Context Diagram, Block diagram, Use case diagram, etc.
- Understand the Software Development Life Cycle and software development project methodology.
- Preparation of project plan with help from PM and tech team.
- Independently gather information to develop, organize, and write procedure manuals, technical specifications, and process documentation.
- Manage and follow up on team documents.
- Maintains communication with our technical team leads to ensure proper information management.
- Prepare, develop and maintain comprehensive documentation that meets organizational and global standards.
- Prepares and edits a wide variety of complex technical materials, including user manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and reports.
- Work with the technical team to identify all documentation repositories, and revise and update.

Eligibilities
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science Engineering / Software Engineering
- Bachelor’s Degree in any other Major having experience in writing technical documentation in the IT/Software field is also allowed to apply.
- Graduating students who are well educated in the technical skills mentioned under ‘Duties and Responsibilities’ are also encouraged to apply.
