- Achieve set up targets: profit, volume, product distribution, asset placement, and others as per business plan.
- Lead the team, monitor their performance; coach and motivate the team members for continuous improvement of performance and delivery of results.
- Execute on-the-job training (OJT) plan for the front-end sales team to improve functional skills and implement capability initiatives.
- Effectively implement sales, promotional, merchandising, and advertising programs as specified and assigned for the specified areas with effectively managing the placement of sales generating assets (SGA) to improve productivity.
- Manage an allocated discount budget including continuous tracking and periodic reporting.
- Drive Relationship with Outlets through the team of Market Developers and Account Developers to ensure sustained business
