Robi is hiring General Manager, CS Core Network Planning, Core 2022 in Dhaka.
Key Accountabilities:
- Formulate product and network strategy with short- & long-term plan, define the product and feature vision, and manage the network throughout the product life cycle of CS core, BSS core, Unified data convergence, Signaling & IMS.
- Architect the optimal dimension for cloud network to modernize existing PNF to VNF deployment and Evaluate cloud architecture solutions to meet the strategic need from full stack to open stack model with horizontal deployment from VNF to CNF.
- Translate business requirements into technology requirements lead for RFI/RFQ/FRS technical evaluation.
- Devise the framework and supervise the team for interconnection to Maintain network KPIs, traffic distribution policy as per regulation, Onboard/integrate new services (voice, IMS, SMS, USSD, Charging, IVR, call centre, IPTSP, UDC profile, RBT, Call block, Missed call alert and other VAS services) over the signalling, user profile & voice core channel as per business requirement.
- Revamp and optimize the existing services & process of CS voice service, VoLTE services, service provisioning & user profile update in UDC, SIM/USIM card specification, new Signaling interfaces onboard, protect network with Signaling firewall application from external and comply with new/updated requirement from regulatory/NTMC.
- Provide engineering support and direction for new or existing technologies and current operational initiatives. Provides technical guidance and assistance as required for problem resolution.
- Oversees the daily activities of Network Services and performs direct supervision of team members, including performance reviews, career development, and staffing.
- Develop a disciplined, detailed and structured team to drive a high-performance culture and environment with the tools of AI/ML based competency. Stablish positive employee relations through effective communication and ongoing support for Cross function projects.

Academic Qualification:
- BSC in Electrical and Electronic Engineering/ Computer Science and Engineering from a Reputed University.
Skills Required:

- Experiencing on Traffic dimension, KPI monitoring, International Roaming
- Good understanding on complex node integration and project management.
