Job Responsibilities:
- Collect, validate, and prepare data for reports to submit to regulatory authorities on various frequencies (i.e. weekly, monthly, quarterly) to ensure accurate and timely regulatory reporting.
- Respond promptly and comprehensively to inquiries from regulators, fostering open communication and addressing concerns effectively to maintain collaborative relationships with the regulator.
- Collaborate with regulators to ensure a clear understanding of reporting requirements for new offerings to guarantee accurate reporting of new products and services.
- Stay abreast of changing regulations and implement necessary adjustments to reporting procedures to support the adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Develop and prepare comprehensive reports for investors and stakeholders on various frequencies (i.e. monthly, quarterly, yearly).
- Collaborate effectively with the Business Intelligence (BI) and Business Partner (BP) teams to gather and compile data for report preparation.
- Respond promptly and comprehensively to investor and stakeholder inquiries regarding reports.
- Stay informed about emerging reporting standards and best practices for investor communication.
- Proactively identify potential areas of investor concern and incorporate them into reporting disclosures, fostering trust and open communication.
- Collect and analyze campaign data to assess performance of the campaign.
- Identify key metrices for success and track campaign performance against established goals.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to visualize campaign performance.
- Recommend data-driven strategies to enhance campaign performance and share valuable inputs for future campaign design.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
Education
- BBA in Accounting/ Finance from a recognized university
Experience:
- At least 1 year
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Telecommunication, Manufacturing (FMCG), IT Enabled Service, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Financial Technology (Fintech) Startup
Additional Requirements:
Experience:
- Relevant experience of one year or more (preferred)
Key Skills:
- Understanding of IAS/ IFRS and other Accounting terminologies
- Critical thinking capabilities with analytical orientation
- Proactive and positive attitude with quick learning agility and diligence
