bKash Ltd. is looking for Assistant Manager, Key Accounts 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate lead for fulfillment
- Hunt new merchants and complete acquisition as per the process and strategy
- Achieve monthly target and KPI for assigned category/sub-category
- Collect and process all necessary documents for activating the accounts
- ? Co-ordinate internal and external stakeholders i.e. legal, strategy, marketing, trade marketing, sales operation etc. for processing accounts and Campaigns
- Collect competition information for further planning & initiative as MI
- Provide necessary training to the accounts as and when required
- Build up good rapport with existing client base to retain them and maintain a healthy portfolio.
- Identify new opportunists and generate up sales and cross sales.
- Take different initiatives to manage and engage clients.
- Initiate & execute various campaign to boost business
- Represent bKash in a positive and professional manner in the market
- Ensure end to end service for the accounts

Responsible for managing key merchant accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship and maximizing sales opportunities within the assigned portfolio.
