Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end development of high-quality mobile applications using Flutter & Dart.
- Design scalable, reusable, and maintainable architecture patterns and clean code practices.
- Optimize performance, responsiveness, and user experience across diverse device types.
- Collaborate closely with backend, design, and product teams for seamless feature delivery.
- Guide the mobile development team through code reviews, mentoring, and setting best practices.
- Monitor and troubleshoot production-level issues with confidence and precision.
- Publish and manage apps in Google Play Store and Apple App Store, ensuring compliance and stability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Flutter ecosystem trends, plugins, performance tools, and release updates.
- Establish and enforce automated testing, CI/CD for mobile workflows, and performance monitoring.

Qualifications
- Proven 4+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart in production-grade apps.
- Deep knowledge of state management, performance tuning, widget trees, and platform integrations.
- Proficiency in writing unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and 3rd-party SDK integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows, mobile DevOps, and store deployment practices.
- Ability to lead by example and mentor junior developers effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and communication abilities. Skills & Requirements
- Experience with native Android/iOS (Kotlin/Swift)
- Familiarity with Riverpod, BLoC, or other modern state management libraries
- Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, AppCenter)
- Understanding of CI/CD tools like Codemagic or GitHub Actions for mobile
