Job Responsibilities:
- Driving a reported service incident, identifying the cause, and following up on the change plan and improvement plans.
- Prioritizing incidents, operational activity, and new CR activity according to their urgency and influence on the business.
- Producing and reviewing documents that outline ITSM processes.
- Collaborating with the Service Management stakeholders to ensure that all protocols are diligently followed.
- Logging all incidents and their resolution to see if there are recurring malfunctions.
- Communicating with higher management, customer, attend bridges for technical discussion with various domains if major issues are found in the system.
- Managing the incident team members by re-assigning workloads and rescheduling non-urgent tasks.
- Drive the optimization continuously in terms of technical and process-related deliveries.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Incident, Problem, Change Management, emergency handling experience required.
- Experience of other ITSM process is required.
- Experience : 7-10 years in BSS domain.
- Education : B.Sc. Engineering in CSE / EEE/ ECE / Telecom
