Position: Next Business Leader (NBL) -SALES
Organization: Business Circle, Operations Division
Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh
This program is designed for talented fresh graduates where they can grow and become leaders for the future. Having a thorough understanding of their core business through stints in different functions, the Next Business Leader-Sales will eventually specialize in the field of Sales & Distribution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a designated territory market in collaboration with assigned partners and relevant stakeholders;
- Achieve all sales targets for the assigned territory as per the business plan;
- Understand local consumer behaviour and analyze market demand and potentials;
- Follow-up the market through the regular visit, establish trade relationship and educate the channel partners;
- Ensure optimum availability of products and promote current market offers;
- Ensure proper visibility and brand presence into the respective territory;
- Manage distribution operation for assigned Distribution House (DH), develop and lead DH Sales Force.

- Graduates with 1-2 years of work experience may also apply.
