Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Data preparation, Data analysis.
- Work with multiple data sources including SQL Server, Access, Excel, flat data files, proprietary databases, and web-based interfaces.
- Work with other team members to satisfy agency clients’ database marketing needs.
- Work closely with the email marketing team to support all data-related aspects to execute the campaign successfully.
- Communicate with clients through various communication channels
- Act as a bridge between the client and the team to successfully deliver client requirement
- Proactively get in touch with the clients through various communication channels.
- Provide solutions based on the client’s requirements and thus manage the client’s expectations.
- Need to manage product and process-related documentation and create product case study documents for future client engagement.

Eligibilities
- At least 2 years of data analyst experience will be preferred
- Hands-on technical expertise and Project Management skills to ensure successful delivery.
- Able to deal with high-volume data.
- Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and Excel is a must.
- Experience in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau will get an advantage
- Comfortable using Office365 tools.
- Understand the basic marketing tactics and relevant terminologies.
- Excellent client management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skill is essential
- Should be flexible to work in different shifts.
- Prior experience in a similar domain will be an added advantage.
