World Food Programme is looking for Programme Policy Officer 2025 in Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of WFP Bangladesh’s strategy for partner engagement, aligned with the CP (Cooperating Partnership) Corporate Guidance, Country Strategic Plan, and WFP’s localization commitments under the Grand Bargain.
  • Assist in providing guidance to programme teams on engagement with partners, coordinating with the Regional Bureau (RBB), HQ Cooperating Partnerships, and Legal as needed, in consultation with the Head of the Cooperating Partnership Unit.
  • Facilitate implementation of country-level partnership reviews and pilots of Cooperating Partners (CP) management improvements based on lessons learned and evolving needs.
  • Ensure the use of updated corporate standards, tools, and templates for CP (Cooperating Partnership) engagement, and coordinate with HQ/RBB to ensure WFP Bangladesh inputs are considered in evolving guidance and procedures.
