- Leadership & Representation: Lead the Commercial Project Managers and Operations team; represent the company to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Regional Collaboration & Forecasting: Partner with regional teams to drive key business initiatives and actively contribute to forecasting to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Sales & Project Execution: Oversee commercial aspects of sales and project execution, including resource planning, revenue alignment, and implementation of growth strategies.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
1.Education Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field; certification in Commercial Project Management is a plus.
2. Professional Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Project Management, controlling, and reporting, preferably in a multinational, multicultural environment.
3. Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills; proficient in MS Office; SAP (Project/CO) experience highly desirable.
4. Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present ideas and improvement proposals.
5. Leadership & Mindset:
- Self-driven with a strong business acumen and growth mindset; capable of identifying opportunities and driving results.
6. Interpersonal Skills:
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.
