Robi is looking for Manager, Revenue Assurance 2022, in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Daily source wise revenue reporting validation with EDW to ensure proper management and business reporting.
- Assurance of event setup, event record generation, processing and rebate management into entire revenue and cost generating systems.
- Ensure timely prepaid revenue booking into financial system through reconciliation of GL wise revenue, bonus, loan, cashback, rebate and credit clearance reporting.
- Postpaid bill cycle wise broken revenue and GL wise revenue reporting validation to ensure postpaid revenue booking into financial system.
- Manage/reconcile content providers revenue share cost (CP) for VAS related services as per the agreement and reporting.
- System Channel commission cost (OTF, FRC) validation for distributors, DSRs and retailers.
- Manually calculated channel commission (Activation, MNP, MFS & Campaign) cost validation for distributors, DSRs and retailers.
- Analyses revenue leakage impact related to recharge and VAS services through the gap of the RA controls, identify leakage area, and quantify the leakage amount with monthly/quarterly/yearly impact.
- Ensure all the reference data related to charging, revenue and cost are regularly updated in RA system.
- Periodic service reconciliation for whole subscriber base respect to HLR, CRM and charging system (IN) to close the discrepancies with the alignment of stakeholders.
- Periodic account receivable and payable reconciliation for subscribers loan platform to settlement with vendor.
- Digitization and automation various RA related process through scripting and RPA.

Eligibilities
- GSM knowledge
- Expertise and understand the technical environment to manage RA platform and systems
- Programming skill e.g. Python/R/Java • Basic knowledge on Unix/Linux and shell scripting
- Database Management skill (preferable Oracle, Vertica & Hadoop)
- Experience in reporting and presentation tools e.g. SQL, Tableau, MS Excel, MS Power Point
- Leadership, conflict & people management and Problem solving ability.
- Out-of-the-box ideas and solutions; associated with creativity.
- Possess analytical skill, research methodology know how and statistical knowledge
