Job Responsibilities:
- The management trainees will undergo a structured rotation and development program across key areas of the company.
- The rotation is designed to provide hands-on experience in different functional areas and regional markets, allowing the Management Trainees to develop a well-rounded understanding of the fast-evolving financial industry.
- Upon successful completion of the program, MTs will be initially placed in leadership-track roles in Credit Risk Management Division in a region where they demonstrated strong alignment and impact.
- In Credit Risk Management Division, the incumbents will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing credit risk through evaluating borrower creditworthiness, establishing risk policies and limits, and overseeing the credit approval process.
- After completion of their stint in Credit Risk Management Division, the incumbents will be placed in different functions in alignment with their strengths and organizational needs.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Candidates should have a BBA/MBA or equivalent degree, B.Sc/M.Sc or equivalent degree with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 point scale.
- Final year undergraduate students having completed all courses and exams by March, 2025.
- Graduates with maximum two (02) years of job experience.
- Applicants should be under 30 years of age.

- Result-oriented and must have a strong desire for success.
