Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Dart
- Optimize widget trees, manage state efficiently, and fine-tune app performance
- Implement platform-specific features and bridge native Android/iOS functionalities
- Write and maintain unit, widget, and integration tests to ensure stability and reliability
- Collaborate with QA to identify and resolve issues across devices and OS versions
- Monitor app health using Firebase Crashlytics and related tools
- Integrate RESTful APIs, Firebase services, push notifications, and third-party SDKs
- Ensure secure, efficient communication between mobile front-end and back-end systems
- Use Git workflows and mobile DevOps practices for streamlined development and releases
- Automate builds and deployments via Codemagic, GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools
- Manage deployments to Google Play and Apple App Store, ensuring policy compliance
- Convert Figma designs or briefs into responsive, intuitive UIs
- Apply strong UX/UI principles to enhance user experience
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, and backend engineers for feature delivery
- Mentor junior developers on Flutter best practices and code quality
- Continuously explore modern tools and libraries like Riverpod, BLoC, and analytics solutions

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Proven 4+ years of experience in mobile application development.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter & Dart in production-grade apps.
- Deep knowledge of state management, performance tuning, widget trees, and platform integrations.
- Proficiency in writing unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Experience with REST APIs, Firebase, push notifications, and 3rd-party SDK integrations.
- Strong knowledge of Git workflows, mobile DevOps, and store deployment practices.
- Experience with native Android/iOS (Kotlin/Swift)
- Familiarity with Riverpod, BLoC, or other modern state management libraries
- Exposure to analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Analytics, AppCenter)
- Understanding of CI/CD tools like Codemagic or GitHub Actions for mobile
- Strong UI/UX sensibility with the ability to translate design ideas into intuitive user experiences
