Kuehne + Nagel is looking for Operational Care Specialist- Sea Logistics 2025 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report on operational performance of carriers and other vendors, as well as ensure strong data quality is available for timely and accurate customer reporting.
- Create files for consolidation containers (Master).
- Review and ensure alignment of shipping instructions, including clarifying any deviations or conflicts while taking country regulations, export compliance, rate, and routing information into consideration.
- Issue and accurately submit all required documentation (issue BAL specimen, carrier OBL instructions, VGM and security filings, sales invoices) within 24 hours of departure.
- Ensure departure confirmations (or deviations vs. scheduled) are shared with CCLs.
- Release BAL B/L as per Financial Guidelines and working instructions.
- Ensure cost awareness and efficiency through timely, accurate cost/revenue updates, including profit maximization by providing cost awareness to the CCLs.
- Check and verify incoming supplier invoices, including initiating and resolving any rate discrepancies.
- Support and resolve claims and disputes.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any area (4 year)/ Post Graduate will be added benefit
- 2 to 3 years experience in Logistics / Freshers can also apply
- Fluency in English
- Office applications is must and other software literacy will be added benefit
