Job Responsibilities:
- Take self-ownership of research projects and accomplish timely delivery through adequate workflow planning and organizing
- Preparation of research materials under supervision
- Coordination with different departments to ensure quality delivery on time
- Developing expertise in the basics and learning to apply them in work
- Managing client expectations on timeliness and data quality
- Developing first level capability of reading, analyzing and interpreting data, detecting trends, and developing first cut presentations based on this understanding.
- Taking ownership of the project and leading relevant stakeholder as and when required.

Eligibilities
Qualification:
- Strong analytical skills, comfortable with disparate sets of information and ability to draw accurate causal linkages
- Should be passionate about research
- Should be self-motivated, innovative, have excellent interpersonal skill and marketing bent in thinking
- Should also be computer literate (basic familiarity with MS Office)
- Good communication skill both in English & Bengali
- Have the drive and initiative to accept challenges and opportunities
- Should be able to handle pressure
- Team member
Education:
- Preference to a BBA or MBA Degree (Marketing majors preferred)/Graduates specialized in Economics or Statistics
Experience:
- Fresher. Some research/brand exposure will be an added advantage
