International Rescue Committee is looking for Manager/Senior Manager-Human Resources 2025 in Cox’s Bazar.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement Annual Development Plan and Training Needs Assessment
  • Coordinate staff training via platforms like COMPASS, Navigator, Cornell, KAYA, etc.
  • Organize and facilitate online/offline training sessions with appropriate facilitators
  • Manage logistics for training delivery in coordination with Talent Development Officer
  • Lead initiatives such as IRC Way, Raise Concern, Gender Sensitivity, and Engagement Surveys
  • Represent HR in forums including W@W, Safeguarding, and IRC Way
  • Ensure smooth onboarding, including inductions and training sessions
  • Update and communicate training materials regularly
  • Conduct goal-setting sessions and performance planning
  • Oversee performance processes including probation, reviews, and evaluations
  • Train supervisors in people management practices
  • Ensure quality and timely PME form submissions; review and provide feedback
  • Manage employee relations cases and investigations
  • Support Ethics & Compliance Unit in complaints handling
  • Maintain a harassment-free workplace and accurate case records
  • Support follow-ups on People Survey findings
  • Conduct HR compliance assessments for partners and recommend improvements
  • Visit partner organizations to monitor and support HR practices
  • Oversee recruitment, payments, and training of Incentive Workers
  • Guide team to align IW processes with IRC policies

Eligibilities

Job Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of HR experience in recruitment, training, compensation, and administration; international exposure preferred
  • Strong expertise in training and development, including ToT
  • Skilled in planning, multitasking, and working under pressure
  • High integrity, discretion, and professionalism in handling HR issues
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Act
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration; Master’s or advanced degree preferred
  • HR certification is a plus
