International Rescue Committee is looking for Health Information System Officer 2025 in Ukhia.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop appropriate training plans for building the core surveillance, alert and response capacities at health facilities and county health level in accordance with the requirement.
- Ensure that data for key indicators is analyzed, prepared on visible charts, pasted on facility walls and updated on a monthly basis.
- Support in monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual report writing process with updated data captured on key performance indicators.
- Generate statistical reports as needed to support production of narrative reports for internal decision making, communication with collaborators and partners.
- Produce monthly achievement of health facilities against targets to measure performance and share with line health Manager.
- Play an integral role in data analysis, and contribute to the writing and reviewing donor and internal reports
- Collection of SRH data, Data relating to patient consultations, MHPSS, NCD, Family Planning and other health related information, make necessary adjustments and plan to increase and sustain service delivery of every health facility.
- Provide necessary information when necessary on a weekly, monthly basis.

Eligibilities
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the humanitarian sector.
- Experience in outreach activities will be an added advantage.
- Must be willing to work under pressure
- Candidate who can join immediately will have priority
- Very good skills MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills
- Dedications to humanitarian principles and values
- Dedications to and understanding of IRC’s aims, values and principles
- Fluency in English language will get preference. Having knowledge of IT is preferred. Understanding of Rohingya perspectives are preferred.
- Graduate from any field, Master’s degree preferred.
