Industry Dive is hiring Ad Operations Coordinator 2022 in Dhaka.
What you’ll do in this role:
- Project manage campaign quality control for enterprise accounts and high value clients.
- Review all newsletter sponsorships and email blasts pre-launch for quality to ensure correct set-up.
- Identify and troubleshoot errors and necessary revisions prior to campaign launch.
- Implement campaign materials across various marketing platforms.
- Work with our StudioID team to traffic client sponsored stories.
- Generate end of campaign reports for clients, including data and analysis on ad performance.
- Confirm launch of ad campaigns by producing screenshots and organizing into client folders.
- Monitor inventory availability for display banners and deliver forecasting reports for the Sales team.
- Maintain documentation around campaign quality control best practices.

What you bring to the table:
- Passionate about digital marketing and advertising.
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
- Comfortable working with and interpreting data.
- Proven English language written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to collaborate with US-based Ad Ops and Sales teams to provide superior customer service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.
- Experience with ad serving technology, preferably Google Ad Manager. Familiarity and comfort working with HTML.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Salesforce, Sailthru, Tableau a plus.
