IDLC Finance Limited is looking for Wealth Management Officer/Executive 2023 in Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
- Bring Fresh Deposit and achieving targets of Net Deposit Growth and client base
- Market IDLC WM products and solutions to clients
- Manage and Solve client complaints and problems
- Frequent Visits and calls to clients and be able to negotiate renewals and rate by addressing pricing, margin, commercial issues
- Prioritize face to face meetings with clients, gain knowledge of the business operations and information needs of the client
- Actively network to build strong relationships at a senior level and with stakeholders in other departments within the company
- Ensure dates of all renewals & maturity are well planned and work starts in advance
- Comprehensive identification and due diligence of new clients in accordance with laws and internal directives, particularly with regard to potential reputational risks and money laundering
- Engage in client loyalty programs and activities
- Proactive client onboarding through the internal network, internet, newspaper, industry, press and publicly accessible databases
- Leverage industry knowledge and expertise in Risk and Regulatory Compliance in monitoring the Financial Institution (Bank & Non-Bank) portfolio
- Anticipate and solve internal obstacles for the client with a sense of urgency and consistently finds the right way to get things done for the client

Eligibilities
Education:
- Graduation in any discipline of business studies.
- Post Graduate or other professional degrees in Marketing or finance will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the deposit business for positions from Senior Officer to Senior Executive Officer
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the deposit business for positions from TSO to Officer Grade I, II & III
Skill Set:
- Strong interpersonal & analytical skills
- Ability to engage with people at all levels and create IDLC brand equity
- Ability to work under pressure, achieve targets, carry positive, ethical and dynamic attitude
- Ability to understand complex customer structures and manage and solve the problems
- Provide quality service at every customer/business partner interaction
- Strong business development skills, performance driven and sales-oriented
- Establish and strengthen senior level contacts within each client relationship
- Knowledge on deposit business, financial industry, central bank’s policy and regulations and overall macroeconomic factors
- Advance knowledge and skills on MS Office, especially MS Excel
