Job Description
Be the People Ambassador. As HR Business Partner, you are the co-pilot to drive the people and organization agenda together with business managers. You need to take the ownership of promoting fairness, long-term retention, people development and the engagement of every team member. You will develop a thorough understanding of the business goals and objectives while aligning HR services with management needs and requirements. Learn the business objectives, its’ future business direction, and links HR strategy with business deliverables. You will only be able to do so by developing trust with the specialist HR functions and collaborate with them to drive results. You optimize transformational change efforts by providing consulting support, guidance and a framework for leading and managing change. Participate in strategic workforce planning and organizational re-design while maintaining an overview of future needs, exit risks, and succession planning promote a proactive people strategy.Of course, you will think and act with the broader picture in mind. While you drive the needs of your team you always remember that you are part of a larger organization. You act with high levels of professionalism and integrity at all times while at the same time behaving as an ambassador of H&M values towards everyone you engage with.

Eligibilities
To be successful in this role, you need to understand the HR function as a whole; you need to be driven and possess planning and prioritizing skills, coupled with a willingness for out-of-the-box thinking. You always need to be prepared to handle multiple priorities and find efficient solutions, providing employees a glitch-less HR support experience. You need to feel comfortable to challenge your business leader on people-related topics whenever necessary. You will challenge yourself, adapting and coming up with ideas to make things happen. You can work independently, multitask, organize and priorities your workload. You will possess a high level of attention to detail and drive yourself to deliver work to a high standard. As a key member of the team, you must have strong communication and collaboration skills which will inspire and influence key speaking partners. Apart from these skills, you must also have:
- At least 7-9 years of diverse work experience in HR
- Have the ability to develop effective working relationships with employees at all levels
- Demonstrate the ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors
- Possess strong change management, negotiation and influencing skills
- Have intellectual curiosity, bringing valuable insight into the team / business
- Agile entrepreneurial mindset and adaptable to fast changes
- A flexible, positive, and inspirational team player
